How HP Proactive Select works

HP Proactive Select services start with a proactive delivery plan that is developed by an HP Account Support Manager (ASM) and the customer together with Frontline. This plan identifies your IT goals and critical success factors, with a list of recommended service activities.

Ultimately, the customer makes the final decision on how credits are used. Once this happens, the ASM organises the delivery of the specified service activities and proactively reviews it to ensure it meets your changing needs.
